Convocation of implant traning

Someone once asked me how teaching is different from curing. It took me a few years and many courses to understand that as a dentist I heal the body but as a teacher, I touch the souls. Every day when I teach, I give a piece of myself to each of my students. Teaching is all about guiding, facilitating, mentoring and above all learning. As we acknowledge the achievements of our young dentists on the eve of the convocation ceremony for the 16th batch of clinical implant training, I am filled with nothing but a sense of gratitude.

I am humbled and grateful to all those who contributed towards the success of these programmes that were meant to hone skills but ended up being life changing experiences.
